BIOGRAPHY

Don Elsenheimer manages the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources' new rulemaking programme for gas production and serves as the agency's leading subject matter expert on gas resource development. He brings a distinguished career spanning academic research, international geological survey work, and environmental consulting.

Don was a postdoctoral fellow at the Geological Survey of Japan and a geology professor at Stockton University in New Jersey before working in Minnesota's environmental consulting industry for several years. His current work focuses on advancing responsible regulatory frameworks for emerging gas production.
