BIOGRAPHY

Ernesto Fonseca is the Chief Operating Officer of GeoKiln, where he leads asset development and techno-economic modeling for geological hydrogen stimulation programs. He previously served as the Front-End Development Manager at Shell, managing a $500M capital program with a focus on digital and production optimization.

Ernesto brings a background in production engineering, technology commercialization, and large-scale capital project delivery, having led multidisciplinary teams across subsurface, facilities, and business functions. He is named on multiple patent applications and has authored SPE papers on drilling, stimulation, and subsurface systems.
